Welcome to Ancient Sage Retreat. I'm Heather, a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping you relax, recover, and restore both body and mind. Every massage is customized to your body's needs that day. Rather than offering dozens of different treatments, I focus on providing one exceptional therapeutic massage experience that blends clinical knowledge with compassionate, personalized care. Every session includes a full-body massage from scalp to feet, aromatherapy, warm hot towels, and a gentle body scrub. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee using the card on file.
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying the next appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
