Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT - Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee if the 24-hour notice is not honored. No call/no shows and cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are required to pay 30% for their scheduled appointment.
